General Education Requirements

There are three components to any degree:

  • General Education (GE) classes
  • Major preparation classes

GE classes are designed to provide you with a broad base of knowledge, and usually include the areas of English, Math, Arts & Humanities, Social Sciences, and Physical & Biological Sciences.
